The plant is native to Morocco and only fruits after 50 years and lives between 150-200 years. Due to it’s properties, Argan oil is known as liquid Moroccan gold and the elixir of youth . It is 100% natural, raw, unmodified Argan oil.
This oil has a high concentration of vitamin E, essential fatty acids, phytosterols and polyphenols. It has anti-oxidant properties, neutralising free radicals, minimises wrinkles, smoothes and lifts the skin and helps with skin tone. Argan oil nourishes and hydrates dry skin, improving it’s elasticity. It soothes irritation and speeds up the healing process and is good for scars. It is also excellent for eczema, psoriasis, acne, atopic skin inflammation, burns and stretch marks. It also balances sebum production.
Argan oil is suitable for children, pregnant women and people with allergies.
APPLICATION :
- Face – 2-3 drops massaged in circular movements onto damp, clean skin.
- Body – use as a balsam, rubbing into skin after bathing
- Hair – apply to hair and scalp, put on shower cap, wrap in a towel and leave for 20-30 minutes then shampoo as normal.
- Nails - rub into base of nails and surrounding skin and leave for 30 minutes. This strengthens the nail and adds shine.
